All products are created in small batches using plant-based ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.

2. Products & Descriptions

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists are accurate and up to date. However:

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or consistency may occur due to the natural ingredients and small-batch process.

  • Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not always perfectly reflect the item you receive.

Magnolia Parke reserves the right to modify product formulations, packaging, or availability without prior notice.

3. Natural Product Disclaimer

Our body butters and skincare products are made with natural plant butters and oils. These ingredients are temperature-sensitive and may soften or melt during warmer months or while in transit.
This is completely normal and does not affect the product’s quality, safety, or performance.

Magnolia Parke does not consider melting, firmness changes, or texture variations a fault or defect, as these are natural characteristics of plant-based formulations.

We recommend purchasing during cooler seasons and storing your products in a cool, dry place (or refrigerator if necessary) to help maintain their whipped texture. Recommended under 25 degrees Celcius. 

4. Use of Products

Our products are for external use only.
Avoid contact with eyes, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Always review ingredient lists carefully before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities. Most of our products contain nut-derived oils, such as almond oil. Do not use these products if you have a nut allergy.

Magnolia Parke does not claim to heal, treat, cure or prevent any diseases or skin conditions with the use of our products.

Magnolia Parke is not responsible for adverse skin reactions or misuse of our products.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices on magnoliaparke.com.au are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (where applicable).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely via our chosen payment gateways. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the method of payment provided.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping times vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.
Once your order is dispatched, Magnolia Parke is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by postal or courier services.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once dispatched.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened or used products, change of mind, or personal preferences regarding scent, texture, or greasiness.

During hotter months, our body butters are prone to melting — this is expected with natural butters. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for melted products.
We recommend purchasing in bulk during cooler seasons to enjoy the ideal whipped texture.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number at <admin@magnoliaparke.com.au> for assistance.
