Thank you for shopping with Magnolia Parke. We take great pride in handcrafting our body butters and skincare products with care, using only high-quality plant-based ingredients. As each item is made in small batches to ensure freshness, please read our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Product Quality & Disclaimer

Our body butters are made from natural plant butters and oils such as shea butter and mango butter — ingredients that are temperature-sensitive by nature.

  • Melting: During warmer months or in transit, your body butter may soften or melt. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, safety, or performance of the product. To restore firmness, simply place the jar in a cool area or refrigerate it for a short time until it solidifies again. 

  • Texture & Feel: Because our formulas are rich in natural butters and oils, they are designed to deeply nourish and hydrate the skin. This may leave a light oily or dewy finish, which is normal and intentional for this formulation.

  • Quality assurance: Quality Assurance: At Magnolia Parke, we uphold high standards of quality and freshness. We recommend purchasing body butters during cooler seasons and storing them in the refrigerator if needed to help maintain the whipped texture as it appears when shipped. This ensures the product arrives closer to its original consistency and allows you to experience the full benefit of its whipped, buttery goodness for maximum satisfaction. 

Magnolia Parke does NOT consider melting or texture variations a fault or defect, as these are natural characteristics of our formulations. We celebrate the natural qualities of plant-based ingredients, and because our products are free from synthetic stabilisers, slight variations in texture or firmness may occur — this is completely normal and part of their natural charm.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

We also do not offer refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference regarding texture, scent, or greasiness

  • Product melting during shipping or storage

  • Personal skin reactions (please review the ingredient list before purchase to ensure suitability)

All sales are final, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging all orders securely; however, if your product arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Lost or Missing Orders

Magnolia Parke is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit once the package has been handed to the courier. If your parcel does not arrive, please contact the courier service directly with your tracking number. We’ll gladly assist you with information to help lodge an investigation if necessary.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund as required by law.
